I had posted a comment before about how many inches I should gain and I was blown away when I got like 3 and half inches in two weeks. I'm 5'9" and I could dunk before your program but not real clean like I wanted, but after only 2 weeks of MADHOPS I'm gettin' it no problem... So to all the small guys out there like me, I'm tellin' you cop MADHOPS it'll work. It worked for me and I'm only half way done with the program. It'll be the best money you've ever spent. Mad props to my man BigDawg!!! Keep it up dawg. Your program is the shiznit fo sho!!! I'm out like Patrick Ewing should be!

Big Dawg!
I have been using your program for 3 weeks now.I have gained about 5-7 inches on my vertical, but most noteable is the speed and quickness that I have gained! I haven't actually timed myself or anything, but I have really noticed it on the court...for real!The variety and combinations of the exercises are great,keeps you from getting burned out easily.This leg work out combined with my upper body weight training has helped a great deal.As long as you do these exercises with percise form, its all gravy baby! Good lookin out! Lookin for some gear now.

I'm a little lazy so i Only do this work out once a week and it still works great. I've only bee doin this about once a week for 6 weeks and I already gained atleast 4 to 5 inches. Imagine what i would gain if I did what i was supposed to. Plus, I could never get high off of one foot and now i can dunk off of 1 or 2 feet. I"m only a 17year old 6'1 whiteboy. not bad a?

Yo..I got this progam,and the risk of injury compared to the other B.S. programs out there,is very minimal. I have had 2 knee surgerys and this program,in my mind,is perfect for those of us wanting to stay away from high impact stressful workouts.BigDawg is right,there are various exercises involved in this program, so bordom shoudln't be an issue. I have used this program religiously for 5 weeks and gained 7 inches. Now I only use it a couple times a week,just to maintain.The biggest improvement I noticed was the gain in speed and quickness I got.Go on and buy it playa....as long as you focus on your form while doing this exercises, and perform them CORRECTLY, your going to notice gains, no doubt.

I think the tips which u told me the other day really worked...now i can grab the ring easily!! thanx very much for your help! i increased the number of repetitions...and in 3 weeks i gained about 3 inches!! thank you very much!!! 
i want to let those skeptical people out there know that THIS PROGRAM WORKS!!! You've got to try it...its very easy to do, only take max 20 mins of your time...and u will gain about 1 inch in 1 week...

What's up bigdawg?
I'm just one of the loyal customers that bought yo program. I had doubts about my game especially cuz I only 5'foot 9 but yo program really is helping alot. I mean I could grab rim and had hops before I got the program but now I can elevate over guys alot higher and have hang-time that will make "jordan" smile. It’s only been 2 weeks and have increased my vertical by at least 3-4 inches not to include cut at least 2-3 seconds off my 50 yard dash! So to all my ballas you gotta try this, there is no better choice.

Thanks a lot Big Dawg. With your simple MADHOPS program, I have gained 4 inches on my vertical simply on my FIRST WEEK! My vertical went from 24 inches and being able to do a regular one handed dunk to being able to possess a 28 inch vert and dunking two hands and doing a 180 from behind the backboard! I have precisely followed the program and had a sufficient amount of rest as well as doing the bonus exercises...

Hey. This program is definitely the best I've tried. I’ve done Air Alert a couple of times without much success. Maybe 4 inches gained in 12 weeks. But then after trying MADHOPS®, I gained 5.5 inches in just 4 weeks.Considering the gains I got from other programs, I wasn’t expecting too much as there is a limit to how high you can jump. Then 5 inches in 4 weeks!!! I was completely surprised.
I’m so confident that it is effective I am continuing for another two weeks…maybe more. Until I stop gaining, if I ever do!!! Thanks so much. Also not only my legs have benefited, my upper body is also much more toned. I would recommend this program to anyone. If it can help me, a 5'9" white guy, then it can help anyone.

A year ago, I ordered your Mad Hops Training Booklet for my daughter who lives in Atlanta who is a 5’8” 13 year old point guard for her 8th grade team. I am VERY impressed with the results; she is now grabbing the rim!!! I'm a white 5' 9" kid in grade 11 from Edmonton Alberta. I did Stats for my High School's JBs team (since its so hard to make the team at my High School and I have friends on the team) and when I played with my friends outside of school I got stuffed so much. I was really slow and well... it was just sad. So I checked out vert programs and decided to try this one. 
WELL, what a BARGAIN- every two weeks I gained 3 inches! And only for $10. My legs feel and look strong and I got a sweet 6-pack. By the end, I had gained 6-inches! Everyone who sees me jump just standing; notices a BIG difference. I've had a back injury though (caused by Senior football spring camp, not the program) so I haven't been able to take it to the Rim but I was touching it before and I think when I'm healed I'll be close to dunking. I'm gonna do it a second time this summer so it should get me dunking. Wow! TRUST Mad Hops- it'll get you up there!
